About Dr. Macayla

Macayla is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and lifelong athlete with nearly 10 years of experience working with high-level performers. As a former collegiate soccer player, she navigated her own share of injuries, which ultimately shaped her passion for helping athletes stay healthy and perform at their best.

After college, she transitioned into competitive running, strength training, and racing in HYROX events, giving firsthand experience with the demands of hybrid training. Today, she combines her clinical expertise and athletic background to help athletes lift heavy, run well, and stay durable.
